Sting, nombre artístico de Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner, es un músico, compositor y activista británico que ha dejado una huella indeleble en la historia de la música contemporánea. Tras alcanzar el estrellato mundial como líder, bajista y principal compositor de The Police, inició en 1985 una de las carreras solistas más prolíficas y respetadas de la industria.
